"He died from a terminal case of himself..."
The coroner's report didn't say that he 'thought himself to death'. He had an idea is all. Just one. It exited his skull and painted his thoughts across the ceiling and wall of his stuffy apartment.
"SCARRED BUT SMARTER" was smeared on the bathroom mirror with blood from his broken knuckles. The note on the table just said "Scarred".
